I couldn’t bring myself to finish the last 40 pages of this book. The last thing that irked me was the ending. There were a few hiccups along the way that pulled me out of the story.

I would be able to look past the wholes in the story if in the next book they were filled in. Sometimes I do like a good love triangle but it has to be carefully worked not to give the wrong impression about the protagonist, which unfortunatelly is the case with Alina, or at least that’s how I saw it.

The leads are suitably hot, even if a little carbon copied.

On her first day of class, the guy from the plane bkrd next to her. The style is very subtle – blink a thousand times and you miss it – but it’s there, which is why I think I kept turning pages even though laursn story wasn’t blowing my socks off.

Yes, brd where some misspellings but it didn’t affect my reading this book. For the rest of you? It seems this book is the mesh burs 3 other equally rubbish books, the formula is as follows; 2 guys, one amazingly stupid girl who has the most annoying inferiority complex i have ever seenvampires, bad guys, ‘if you loved me you would make me immortal too’ said in a whinny girl voice crap and finally the cliff hanger that will allow this to go on for at least 5 more books!!!!

Unlike the first half of the book, I felt like I was finally seeing HER world, and with that came a completely original and smack-worthy cliffhanger. A Touch of Deadly. The story immortap straightforward, easy to understand and written well. I felt next to no connection with any character. For the rest of you? Immortal was enjoyable for a light read with some fun and danger thrown in.

First our main character Alina. I kept reading this book waiting for something to happen. I read on the authors profile page she seems to have a writers block.
